Visiting Nice in June 07 and was wondering about the city centre Hotels and how inconvenient is the tram line repair work

If you don%26#39;t have a car, it won%26#39;t make that much of a difference, since walking about the city will not hamper getting around. With a car, that%26#39;s another story. Expect many tie ups and traffic wherever the tram is being created. Just relax,and enjoy, you%26#39;re in Nice, and that%26#39;s what counts.

I%26#39;ve been to Nice often recently and from what I can tell, the tram construction is only an eyesore as long as you%26#39;re not driving. I take the bus to Vieux Nice and the work does alter the bus routes, but just take your hotel map and pay attention to where you are so you%26#39;ll know when to get off.
