Restaurant in the 7th and 6th

I am looking for a romantic and casual restaurant in the 7th and 6th. Preferably one that we can wear jeans dressed up. We have a 100euro budget for dinner. Can anyone recommend any from past expieriences.

I highly recommend:

Le P%26#39;tit Troquet

Le Florimond

Both are in the 7th, both are excellent...and you will have money to spare, at least at le P%26#39;tit Troquet.

I can wholeheatedly agree with Les%26#39;s 2 spots; also in the 7th I like Les Fables de la Fontaine(seafood only, ate there last week), Le Clos des Gourmets, and Le Violon d%26#39;Ingres(this week) I prefer lunch for €45 at Le Violon and les Fables rather than the 2 seating evening service. Another very casual, very traditional place in the 7th that I have enjoyed for years is Au Petit Tonneau.

I can recomend L%26#39;Auberge Bressane on La Motte-Picquet (just round the corner from Rue Cler). Fab French food, very cosy and reasonably priced and full of French patrons!

For me (and I know there are a lot of knockers about Rue Cler) but to sit and have a couple of drinks outside on Rue Cler, watching the world go by and then a short walk around to the restaurant for the most Fab slap up meal is absolute bliss!
