Tessa Hotel

Does anyone know anything about the Tessa Hotel? I%26#39;ve read that it was run by Crystal Holidays, but I checked their web site and there%26#39;s no mention of it anywhere on the site. What are the rooms like? I could not find any pictures online.

I would appreciate any useful information, especially if you spent a holiday there. Also, I%26#39;ve read somewhere that it%26#39;s a bit of a trek from the hotel to the centre of the town. What would you consider the centre? Place des Deux Alpes? Or Place de Venosc?

Thanks in advance!

Tessa is a family run hotel and typical for a French ski resort. It is at the beginning of the Station, about a 10 minute walk to the main lifts.

I go all the time and did a season there a few years ago. Call if you want.

Hotel Tessa was a family owned hotel that was used by Crystal until about 2 years ago.

The family room we were in was like a small basic 2 room flat;

1 had a bunk bed and the other had a dbl bed with a small entrance hall between. Great for a family of 4.

Bar on ground floor away from rooms.

parking in front of the hotel no problem.

We would go again once our children did not need Crystal Whizz club, swimming pool etc (currently better catered for by La Brunerie).

Good 4 man chair up to Pistes about 5 mins walk in ski boots.

Consider centre Place des Deux Alpes.
