Paris Hotel

Can anybody save me hours of research by suggesting a hotel for about $100 within steps of the RER from CDG. We have early morning arrival from USA and 15 hour layover before leaving for South Africa. We want to drop luggage, see some sights (first time visit for one of us), have a great budget lunch, take a nap and get back to CDG for 11:15 PM flight. I believe $26 day pass will get us from CDG, all around town and back. Lunch I could probably figure on my own, but sure don%26#39;t mind suggestions. It%26#39;s the hotel that will take time to find. Don%26#39;t want airport hotel for late afternoon nap because I%26#39;d like friend to see a bit of Paris at night before heading back to airport. But do want hotel that won%26#39;t require hauling luggage across many steps and don%26#39;t mind which stop it is at. Thanks in advance for all the good advices I know I will receive.

Hello;

For a good basic hotel steps from Gare du Nord, you may want to consider the Tim Hotel Gare du Nord at:

10, rue Philippe de Girard

75010 PARIS, France

Nothing fancy here but clean basic rooms. They have an interior courtyard so you might try to request an interior room for quite. Well within the budget price you asked for and close to mero and RER B line to CDG...

If you are looking for a place to drop bags and catch an afternoon nap, you can do it here without spending too much at all. Tim Hotel is a chain known for basic clean, for the most part, rooms...
