Paris, Venice and Rome with 4 Children and a Husband!!!

Just wondering if anyone has got any advice on places to visit in Paris(Besides Eurodisney- already doing that ) with 4 kids aged-14, 12, 6 and 1!

I know its crazy and I am going all the way from Australia too!!

We will be there for 4 nights, (3 nights in Euro disney as well) moving on to Venice for another 4 nights then onto Rome for a week before heading out to Malta to visit family.

This is our first time to Europe so ANY advice or tips would be much appreciated. We are staying in apartments all the time we are away so I can cook if necessary for the kids if they are not too keen on the food- but they are usually pretty good.

Of course with 4 kids, I am trying to keep to a budget so any cheap tips are even better.

There are so many helpful people on these forums, I am sure there will be a few things that you can alert me to - good or bad.

Hey I don%26#39;t think you%26#39;re crazy - I think your children are so fabulously fortunate to have this experience - you should be patting yourself on the back.

When we first went to Paris my 3 were about your oldest three%26#39;s ages. They loved seeing all the famous landmarks that they had seen in books and on TV. We just made sure we had lots of sit down breaks so they didn%26#39;t feel like they were being dragged around.

They loved sampling all the different food (especially gelato in

Rome and croissants in Paris) however and somewhat unfortunately, they have McDonalds everywhere now, so we could always fall back on that.

I found as well that everywhere in Europe that children were always welcome.

The husband? Well I%26#39;m sure he%26#39;ll be just as welcome!
