Mobile phone cover through Europe.

What mobile phone is best ( and cheapest?) for European countries? Amongst countries we are visiting are Scotland, England, France, Germany, Italy, Romania, Greece, Turkey (and India later on). Prefer a SIM card system I think..

We bought one of these phones and used it last year on our Med Cruise. It worked great. Taking it with us to France next week too.

We like the fact that we don%26#39;t have to change out the SIMS cards and only charged for calls made (albeit expensive) still no monthly fee. For us it works great since we only use it when we travel to Europe.
