Please inform me the various modes of travel from Paris to Thionville. (Purpose is to visit the maginot Line).

Thionville is on the main rail line from Paris to Luxembourg. If you are travelling before June 10 it will take you 3 hours plus to get there. On June 10 the new high speed TGV Est line will go into service and travel time to Thionville should be cut to under 2 hours.
